Wreck week has begun with a splash! We begin with our LCU, (Land Craft Utility) maximum depth of 95ft. The wreck sits on the bottom with cement piles around it an excellent spot for marine life to thrive. We were lucky enough to see a white tip reef shark as well as an octopus, and schools of goat fish. The current was moderate west and the visibility was 100 feet. We had David and his dive master candidates, Chris and Alan, helping out on the boat. Thanks for all the behind the scene work guys! We also had Lauren and Sherye out diving getting some great footage with Tony and Maria filming top side. Sherye also using our new OTS full face mask, looking good down there.  Mary Christensen out working on the boat diving with famous Pastor Tim and Bryan a newer face which I look forward to seeing again! Emma was also out today with Luke and Alex who were quite a good time underwater today very self sufficient and interactive in communicating throughly with me. Elizabeth and Jen were both out diving with Mary, diving with your certifying instructor always is a confidence booster and a walk down memory lane. Thanks for being such a pleasure on the boat Jen and Elizabeth, I hope you guys continue with the rest of wreck week. Which brings me to our second site the Corsair. The conditions underwater today at the Corsair were unbelievable. No current to speak of and 100+ visibility, the Corsair was a excellent site to descend to today. We had quite the party of marine life down there with, two giant yellow Margin Moray eels, a cute little baby frog fish, and two banded cleaner shrimp enjoying the wreck today. A shout out to Huy on his first 100ft dive and his dive buddy Hieu for having the good idea to come diving. Ryoko was buddying up with another dive master candidate, (almost official dive master!) Joe, out on the boat ensuring everyone is having a good time. Matt White another instructor was out as well doing a private session with Roisin, getting to enjoy the double wreck diving. A huge thanks to everyone who came out diving today with us it was quite a lot of fun and I hope everyone else finishes up WRECK WEEK with us. We have quite a lot to see out in the depths of Oahu. Mahalo!
